OR1E2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1E2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,231 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1E2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP89, FCF1P8, and IGKV3-34. Each is linked with OR1E2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1E2-to-partner and partner-to-OR1E2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP89 grouped by OR1E2-low versus OR1E2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR1E2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR1E2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
