OR1D4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1D4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 237 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1D4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP45, RN7SKP228, and MIR141. Each is linked with OR1D4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1D4-to-partner and partner-to-OR1D4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP45 grouped by OR1D4-low versus OR1D4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR1D4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR1D4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
