Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR1D4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 389 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1D4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LTBR, GTF2F1, and ILF3. Each is linked with OR1D4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1D4-to-partner and partner-to-OR1D4 results are reported.
