OR14K1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR14K1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,008 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR14K1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOSC10, NR2C2AP, and HNRNPH3. Each is linked with OR14K1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR14K1-to-partner and partner-to-OR14K1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC10 grouped by OR14K1-low versus OR14K1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR14K1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR14K1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
