OR14A16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR14A16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 150 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR14A16-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTR9, MDM1, and TMEM131. Each is linked with OR14A16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR14A16-to-partner and partner-to-OR14A16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR14A16→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR14A16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
