OR10H2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR10H2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,036 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR10H2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC8, TOMM22P6, and OR1A1. Each is linked with OR10H2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR10H2-to-partner and partner-to-OR10H2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAJC8 grouped by OR10H2-low versus OR10H2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR10H2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR10H2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
