OR10G8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR10G8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR10G8-associated genes across cancer lineages are Gab2, Annexin-1, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with OR10G8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR10G8-to-partner and partner-to-OR10G8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Gab2 grouped by OR10G8-low versus OR10G8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR10G8→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR10G8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
