Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR10G3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 121 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR10G3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBG3, C7, and IGSF10. Each is linked with OR10G3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR10G3-to-partner and partner-to-OR10G3 results are reported.
