Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR10AH1P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,858 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR10AH1P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of Ras protein signal transduction, TORC1 signaling, and Regulation of membrane permeability. Each is linked with OR10AH1P in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR10AH1P-to-partner and partner-to-OR10AH1P results are reported.
