The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher OR10AH1P RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR10AH1P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and LAML show a favorable association.
HNSC, LAML, and LUSC are the cancer types where OR10AH1P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
