OR10A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR10A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 374 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR10A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUX4L28, RNA5SP433, and RNA5SP424. Each is linked with OR10A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR10A2-to-partner and partner-to-OR10A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DUX4L28 grouped by OR10A2-low versus OR10A2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR10A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR10A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
