Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPRD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,565 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-48P, SCML2, and C1GALT1. Each is linked with OPRD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPRD1-to-partner and partner-to-OPRD1 results are reported.
