Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPN5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,460 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OPN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM38B, JAG1, and MAP1LC3A. Each is linked with OPN5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPN5-to-partner and partner-to-OPN5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OPN5 versus TMEM38B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
