Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 890 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OPN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL386P, MIR6133, and DAOA. Each is linked with OPN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPN4-to-partner and partner-to-OPN4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL386P grouped by OPN4-low versus OPN4-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
