OPA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 10,436 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRP1, PPP1R3A, and CAMTA1. Each is linked with OPA3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPA3-to-partner and partner-to-OPA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRP1 grouped by OPA3-low versus OPA3-high in UCEC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
