ONECUT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ONECUT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,416 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ONECUT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2T34, SNORD38A, and NPAP1P2. Each is linked with ONECUT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ONECUT1-to-partner and partner-to-ONECUT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2T34 grouped by ONECUT1-low versus ONECUT1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ONECUT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ONECUT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
