OLIG3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLIG3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,330 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLIG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO2P31, RNU6-1084P, and RNU6-1188P. Each is linked with OLIG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLIG3-to-partner and partner-to-OLIG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCO2P31 grouped by OLIG3-low versus OLIG3-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLIG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLIG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
