Across TCGA cell cohorts, OLIG3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLIG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11A1, KRTAP10-7, and ACER1. Each is linked with OLIG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLIG3-to-partner and partner-to-OLIG3 results are reported.
