OLFM5P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLFM5P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,082 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLFM5P-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBQLNL, XPC-AS1, and RAB11FIP1P1. Each is linked with OLFM5P in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFM5P-to-partner and partner-to-OLFM5P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLFM5P→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLFM5P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
