Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLFM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 919 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OLFM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX6CP7, RNU1-62P, and PNLIPP1. Each is linked with OLFM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFM2-to-partner and partner-to-OLFM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX6CP7 grouped by OLFM2-low versus OLFM2-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLFM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLFM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
