Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLFM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,628 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OLFM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PURA, ABI2, and GNAO1. Each is linked with OLFM1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFM1-to-partner and partner-to-OLFM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OLFM1 versus PURA in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLFM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLFM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
