OLAH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLAH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,816 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLAH-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, RNA5SP416, and RNA5SP207. Each is linked with OLAH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLAH-to-partner and partner-to-OLAH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by OLAH-low versus OLAH-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLAH→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLAH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
