OGFR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OGFR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGFR-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2L8, POTEB2, and POTEB. Each is linked with OGFR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGFR-to-partner and partner-to-OGFR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2L8 grouped by OGFR-low versus OGFR-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OGFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→OGFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
