OGFOD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OGFOD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,027 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGFOD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ASPSCR1, DDX42, and CBX8. Each is linked with OGFOD3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGFOD3-to-partner and partner-to-OGFOD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OGFOD3 versus ASPSCR1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OGFOD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OGFOD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
