Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OGFOD3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OGFOD3 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher OGFOD3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OGFOD3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and DLBC show a favorable association.

LUSC, KICH, and LIHC are the cancer types where OGFOD3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
