Across TCGA patient cohorts, OGFOD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,223 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OGFOD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC59, PTPRT, and NBEAL1. Each is linked with OGFOD3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGFOD3-to-partner and partner-to-OGFOD3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OGFOD3 versus LRRC59 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
