Across TCGA patient cohorts, OGFOD3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGFOD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSP70, Tuberin, and ATM. Each is linked with OGFOD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGFOD3-to-partner and partner-to-OGFOD3 results are reported.
