Across TCGA cell cohorts, OGFOD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,764 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGFOD3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to mitochondrion, Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, and Regulation of intracellular transport. Each is linked with OGFOD3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGFOD3-to-partner and partner-to-OGFOD3 results are reported.
