ODF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 215 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXNL4AP1, OFD1P1Y, and RPL23P11. Each is linked with ODF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODF3-to-partner and partner-to-ODF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXNL4AP1 grouped by ODF3-low versus ODF3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ODF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ODF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
