ODF2L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODF2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,947 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODF2L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX28, TRMT61B, and AFAP1. Each is linked with ODF2L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODF2L-to-partner and partner-to-ODF2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ODF2L versus DDX28 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ODF2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ODF2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
