Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODF2L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,972 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ODF2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC170, RP1, and CCDC114. Each is linked with ODF2L in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODF2L-to-partner and partner-to-ODF2L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ODF2L versus CCDC170 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ODF2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ODF2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
