ODF2L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODF2L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODF2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, ASNS, and ATM. Each is linked with ODF2L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODF2L-to-partner and partner-to-ODF2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by ODF2L-low versus ODF2L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ODF2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ODF2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
