Across TCGA cell cohorts, ODF2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,465 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODF2L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cytoplasmic translation, Regulation of organelle assembly, and Negative regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with ODF2L in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODF2L-to-partner and partner-to-ODF2L results are reported.
