ODCP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODCP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,316 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODCP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZC3HC1, TNPO3, and XPO1. Each is linked with ODCP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODCP-to-partner and partner-to-ODCP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ODCP versus ZC3HC1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ODCP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ODCP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
