ODCP

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ODCP RNA is linked to patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ODCP data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ODCP RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ODCP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and DLBC show a favorable association.

KIRC, MESO, and ACC are the cancer types where ODCP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
