Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODAPH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ODAPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1020P, CASKP1, and KDM5DP1. Each is linked with ODAPH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODAPH-to-partner and partner-to-ODAPH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1020P grouped by ODAPH-low versus ODAPH-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ODAPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→ODAPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
