Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ODAPH RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ODAPH data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher ODAPH RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ODAPH expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and ESCA show a favorable association.
THCA, KIRC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ODAPH RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
