OCSTAMP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OCSTAMP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,270 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCSTAMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL840P, RNA5SP411, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with OCSTAMP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCSTAMP-to-partner and partner-to-OCSTAMP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL840P grouped by OCSTAMP-low versus OCSTAMP-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OCSTAMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→OCSTAMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
