OAZ3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OAZ3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,493 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OAZ3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TDRKH, SCAMP3, and GATAD2B. Each is linked with OAZ3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OAZ3-to-partner and partner-to-OAZ3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OAZ3 versus TDRKH in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OAZ3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OAZ3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
