OAZ1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OAZ1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,307 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OAZ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C19orf25, MYDGF, and CLPP. Each is linked with OAZ1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OAZ1-to-partner and partner-to-OAZ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OAZ1 versus C19orf25 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OAZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OAZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
