Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OAS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,235 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OAS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED28P1, NIPAL2, and AOC2. Each is linked with OAS3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OAS3-to-partner and partner-to-OAS3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MED28P1 grouped by OAS3-low versus OAS3-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OAS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OAS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
