Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OAS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,028 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP192, LSM3, and CYCSP26. Each is linked with OAS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OAS1-to-partner and partner-to-OAS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP192 grouped by OAS1-low versus OAS1-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
