NXNL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NXNL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 317 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NXNL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD115-40, NPM1P14, and RNU6-1169P. Each is linked with NXNL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXNL1-to-partner and partner-to-NXNL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD115-40 grouped by NXNL1-low versus NXNL1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NXNL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NXNL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
