Across TCGA cell cohorts, NXF5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,011 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NXF5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of termination of RNA polymerase II transcription, Regulation of termination of DNA-templated transcription, and Negative regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition. Each is linked with NXF5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXF5-to-partner and partner-to-NXF5 results are reported.
