NXF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NXF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NXF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CORIN, ALOXE3, and ADAM7. Each is linked with NXF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXF1-to-partner and partner-to-NXF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CORIN grouped by NXF1-low versus NXF1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NXF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NXF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
