NUSAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUSAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,804 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUSAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM2, MCM5, and MCM7. Each is linked with NUSAP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUSAP1-to-partner and partner-to-NUSAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUSAP1 versus MCM2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUSAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUSAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
