NUP98

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUP98 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 996 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP98-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOBOX, OR6B3, and TBC1D3. Each is linked with NUP98 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP98-to-partner and partner-to-NUP98 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOBOX grouped by NUP98-low versus NUP98-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP98→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP98) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
