NUP43

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP43 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,996 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP43-associated genes across cancer lineages are NINJ1, FFAR2, and PLAUR. Each is linked with NUP43 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP43-to-partner and partner-to-NUP43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP43 versus NINJ1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP43→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
