NUP43

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP43 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 414 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP43-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1273H, IFITM3P7, and RNU6-451P. Each is linked with NUP43 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP43-to-partner and partner-to-NUP43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1273H grouped by NUP43-low versus NUP43-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP43→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
