NUDT7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,667 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL18A1-AS2, EXOC7, and RTL6. Each is linked with NUDT7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT7-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDT7 versus COL18A1-AS2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
